Our professionally qualified senior team have 20 to 30 years of experience each working with public and private companies on projects in oil, gas, mining, metals and electricity. That experience comes from holding positions of responsibility at Big 4 accounting firms, mid-tier banks and corporates and from the intense involvement we have had with clients around the world. Most of our projects and roles have been the result of referrals by existing clients and other advisers. We are commonly referred to Chairpersons, CEOs and CFOs, to assist in some of the following where our team has the greatest experience:

• Execution including modelling and diligence support on M&A and financing transactions
